What is your turn around time? 
Our current turn around time is one week. On Release night the turn around time can be up to 10 days. This does not include shipping time.
What size do your headbands come in?
We only use nylon headbands which are one size fits most. They can fit newborns up to most adults. They grow with your baby so they can be worn year after year.
What kind of clips do you use?
We use alligator clips with no teeth. The clips have non slip grip to help keep them in your child’s hair.
If your child wears clips on THEIR right side, choose the right side clip option. If they wear clips on their left side, choose left side clip.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, if you placed an order and it hasn’t shipped yet please email us at info@shopmintedtulip.com for a free shipping code for your second order. We will then ship both orders together, but additional processing time will be needed for the second order.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, please send us an email at info@shopmintedtulip.com with your request
Do you accept Returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us right away if you have any issues with your order.
Do you ship Internationally?
At this time we only ship within the United States
Do you do local pickup?
Yes, if it is within 5 miles of Mill Creek, WA we can meet close by for delivery of your order. Please email us at info@shopmintedtulip.com to arrange delivery and we will provide you with a free ship code to use at checkout.
What if my package is lost or marked as delivered and I haven’t received it?
 You are responsible for contacting USPS if you haven’t received your package or if it is lost in transit. They should be able to track down your package or open an investigation if it can’t be found. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
